Before I became a somatic coach and breathwork facilitator, I spent years managing high-pressure real-estate operations — juggling massive portfolios, tight deadlines, and constant demands. I was exceptional at my job… and quietly falling apart.
It wasn’t another planner, podcast, or productivity hack that helped me come back to myself. It was learning how to listen to my body — to regulate my nervous system and create safety on the inside, no matter what was happening on the outside.
Now, through Soul Spark Somatics, I guide high-achieving women through that same strategic recalibration.
