What are somatics and breathwork?
Somatics and breathwork are body-based practices that help you regulate your nervous system, release stored stress, and reconnect with yourself on a deep level. It’s not just about “relaxing”—it’s about rewiring how you respond to life.

Is this therapy?
No — this work is not therapy and is not a substitute for licensed mental health care. I’m a certified breathwork and somatic healing practitioner, and I support emotional healing through body-based tools, not diagnoses or clinical treatment. If you're currently in therapy, this work can often complement it beautifully.​​

Can I do breathwork if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, with modifications. Please be sure to share if you are currently nursing. We’ll keep it gentle and tailored to your body’s needs with gentler, yet still supportive breathing patterns. Always check with your care provider prior to purchasing and let me know what you’re navigating so I can adjust accordingly. Your safety, comfort, and agency come first.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available—because real transformation deserves support that meets you where you are. I set these up by request, so just send me a message and I’ll create a custom checkout link for you.
Payments are scheduled to wrap up within your program timeframe, so everything’s complete by the time we close our work together.
