Policies & Expectations

Here’s where you’ll find what helps our work feel smooth, grounded, and fully supported — from timing to tech. These agreements create the space for you to drop in, feel safe, and get the most from our time together.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions


Out of respect for the depth of this work and our time, all sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the time frame outlined in your package.


You’re welcome to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions (no-shows or cancellations within less than 24 hours) are considered forfeit and cannot be rescheduled.

That said — I know life happens. If something unexpected comes up, you’re always welcome to reach out. We can have a human-to-human conversation and see what’s possible. Any rescheduling outside of policy is solely at my discretion and depends on availability.

This space is held with intention — and honoring that time supports the work we do inside it.

Session Timing & Late Arrivals​

​

These sessions are not just time slots — they are intentionally crafted containers for deep, regulated, somatic work. Each one requires energetic prep, emotional presence, and time to open and close the space in a way that supports integration and nervous system safety.

Because of this:

→ You’ll have a 10-minute grace period to arrive for your session.

→ If you’re more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and your session will be forfeit.

→ If you arrive late within that grace period, we’ll use whatever time remains. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.

 

If you’re running late, please send a quick message to let me know. While I can’t extend the session, communication helps me stay present and prepared to hold space for you when you arrive.

This structure protects the depth of your process and honors the energy it takes to hold this kind of space. Showing up on time allows us to fully ground, go deep, and close the container with care — all of which are essential to your healing and integration.

Session Expiration Policy

To support your progress and ensure consistent integration, all sessions must be used within the timeframes outlined below:

Ember (3 sessions) — All sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of your first appointment.

Ignite (6 sessions) — All sessions must be completed within 12 weeks of your first appointment.

Blaze (12 sessions) — All sessions must be completed within 16 weeks of your first appointment.

These containers are designed with a natural pace in mind — enough spaciousness for processing, while maintaining the rhythm needed for momentum and lasting change. Sessions not used within the specified timeframe are considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Tech & Environment Expectations

All sessions are held via Zoom. You’ll receive your Zoom link in your confirmation email and again 24 hours before each session.

To honor the depth of this work and make the most of our time together:

→ Please ensure you're in a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted
→ Set devices to Do Not Disturb and turn off alarms/timers (those still ring through DND)

→ Check that your internet connection is stable and your Zoom app is fully updated before our session begins.

→ Restart your device ahead of time if needed — last-minute tech issues (restarts, updates, connectivity) will cut into your scheduled session time.

These sessions are sacred containers. Arriving on time, prepared, and present helps us drop in fully — and protects the potency of the work.

Between Session Support

Clients in the Ignite and Blaze programs may have access to a private Telegram channel for support between sessions (optional add-on for Ignite; included in Blaze). Messages will be responded to during my working hours, and while I may not reply immediately, I will always respond as soon as possible. My replies are thoughtful, intentional, and designed to serve your growth and healing — not rushed or reactive. This space is not for urgent or crisis support. 
If you are experiencing an emergency or feel unsafe, please call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

Refunds​

Due to the energetic nature of this work and the time I reserve for you, all sales are final. 

That said — if something truly significant arises, you're welcome to reach out. I can't guarantee exceptions, but I’m always open to a human-to-human conversation. Any decisions are at my sole discretion.

Late or Missed Payments

If you are on a payment plan, it is your responsibility to keep your payment card current.Late or declined payments will incur a $50 late fee and may result in a pause on sessions or access to support until the balance is paid in full. Please ensure your payment method is current to avoid disruptions.

Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care
The services provided by Soul Spark Somatics — including breathwork, somatic coaching, and related practices — are intended for personal growth, nervous system support, and self-discovery. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a replacement for psychological or mental health care.

I am not a licensed medical provider, psychologist, or therapist, and I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or psychiatric conditions. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or seek immediate support from qualified professionals.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and that you will seek appropriate professional support when needed.
