Over 16 weeks, we move through a carefully curated process with a mapped-out progression to dismantle survival patterns, integrate the shadow parts you’ve suppressed, and expand your capacity to actually live the life you’ve been working toward.  If you want the time, pacing, and high-touch guidance to make these shifts real—and the integration support to make them last, this is it.​
